Since Aurale provides instant access to digital analysis and personalized reports, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. The computing costs for our AI models are incurred immediately upon your request.
However, we want you to be happy with your results. If you believe the analysis was technically flawed or did not provide the value promised, please reach out to us. We review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a free re-scan or a full refund if we failed to deliver.
Aurale is currently a one-time purchase service. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.
