We collect the photos and profile details you submit for analysis, your account information, purchase records, and basic service diagnostics. Optional product analytics are only enabled after you accept analytics cookies.
Uploaded photos are stored in private cloud storage so you can reopen your report. Access is provided through time-limited signed links. Aurale does not sell your photos or use them to train its own models. We share submitted content only with service providers needed to host the app, process payments, and generate the requested analysis, subject to their terms and safeguards.
We use access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so access is limited to the systems and providers needed to operate Aurale.
You can request deletion of your account, saved reports, and uploaded photos at any time by emailing support@aurale.app from the address associated with your account.
